When I plug a laptop directly into the wire from the antenna I get 4 mps download speeds, when I plug it into the router, I get sometimes slower than 1. According to my cable package, I am supposed to get upto 3 MB/sec but with the installation of my phone service, my speeds are upto 6 MB/sec (with a router) and upto 25-29 MB/sec without a router.
